Deposit and Payment:
25% deposit on the booking confirmation date.

Change of Dates: You can change the dates of your cruise only if the boat is available for the requested dates. In this case the down payment will remain valid. The request for date change must be received by us in writing via e-mail at contact@sinaistar.com.
Cancellations and Refunds: You can always cancel your trip for any reason. An administration fee will apply to cancellations. Please check the list below. The request for cancellation must be received by us in writing via e-mail at contact@sinaistar.com.
Our refund policy on cancellation for private bookings is as follows:
150 or more days prior to your departure: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
60 or more days prior to your departure: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
60 or less days prior to your departure: 100% of the deposit will be deducted as an administration fee.
