Can we customize the itinerary for our group charter?
Absolutely! As a full-charter client, you’ll collaborate with our team to design your ideal safari experience. While we need to maintain the overall route for operational and safety reasons, we have plenty of flexibility to personalize your experience. We can adjust the order of dive sites based on weather conditions and marine life sightings to ensure the best possible diving. Beyond diving, we offer exciting non-diving activities to enrich your journey: snorkeling with dolphins, sandbar BBQs, coastal and lighthouse visits. Note: Custom itineraries require 30-day notice for crew planning.
Can we request a dive guide who speaks our native language?
Yes! We provide multilingual guides (English, Estonian, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian) upon prior request. Briefings are conducted in your preferred language by our guide. Please specify during booking – we’ll arrange a guide who matches your group’s language for a seamless experience.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! All meals on board are prepared following halal standards, as is customary in Egypt. We always have delicious vegetarian and vegan options available. For a special dining experience, we can replace any buffet dinner with an à la carte meal for your group – just let us know in advance!
What’s your environmental policy?
While we haven’t eliminated plastic entirely, we’ve significantly reduced single-use plastics onboard and actively promote sustainable alternatives. Our commitment includes using reef-safe products, supporting local conservation initiatives, and strictly following Green Fins guidelines to minimize our environmental impact.
Can I bring a non-diving companion?
Yes, non-divers are welcome to join for snorkeling or relaxation, though dive-specific activities are exclusive to certified divers.
