Terms & Conditions

Deposit and Payment:

25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your booking will be secured upon receipt of payment confirmation.

25% second payment is due 2 months prior to departure.

The balance (50%) must be paid in cash at embarkment.

For your convenience, a single 50% deposit payment is also available.


Included:
– Accommodation
– Buffet meals three times a day, snacks and fruits between meals
– Unlimited drinking water, soft drinks, tea and coffee
– Dive guides, weights, weight belt
– Group transfer to the boat and back (limited by time and area)


Not included:
(to be paid in CASH on embarkation)
– National park fee, port fee and service tax
– 15 L tank rent
– Nitrox
– Equipment rent
– Dive courses
– Alcohol
– Additional private transfer

 

Cancellations and Refunds: You can always cancel your trip for any reason.  An administration fee will apply to cancellations. Please check the list below. The request for cancellation must be received by us in writing via e-mail at contact@sinaistar.com.

Our refund policy on cancellation for private bookings:

– 150 days or more prior to departure: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

– 60 to 149 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

– Less than 60 days prior departure: 100% of the deposit will be deducted as an administration fee.

 

GOOD TO KNOW

Your passport must be valid for a minimum period of 6 months from your date of departure from Egypt. Please check with your embassy if a pre-arranged visa is required for your nationality.

Diver insurance is required for diving safaris for all passengers who participate in diving activities. Proof of insurance must be provided before boarding. If requested, Sinaistar can provide diver’s insurance.

Please bring your diving certification card and logbook.

Dive computer, SMB with reel, and torch are mandatory.
