TERMS:
Diver Certification Requirements

Divers with Open Water Diver level may join only if they complete the Advanced Open Water Diver course on board with a private guide. This option is available for selected itineraries and must be arranged and confirmed at the time of booking.
Guests must bring their diver certification cards and logbooks. These may be requested by the dive guides before the start of the trip.
Mandatory Dive Equipment
In addition to standard scuba equipment, each diver is required to have their own dive computer, SMB with reel (at least 5 meters of line), and a torch. These items are mandatory for all dives and can be rented on board if needed.
Insurance
M/Y Sinaistar is covered by fully comprehensive and third party insurance. This insurance does not cover accidents or injuries that may occur beyond the boat. Therefore, we require you to have your own personal travel, health, accident, cancellation, luggage and trip-interruption insurance.
Diving insurance is required for all passengers who participate in diving activities. Proof of insurance must be provided at check-in. If requested, Sinaistar can arrange diving insurance.
Alcohol
Alcohol consumption on board is permitted, but diving is strictly prohibited under the influence of alcohol or while hungover. Dive guides have the right to prohibit any guest from diving if deemed unfit for safe diving.
Guest Conduct
Guests shall use the yacht exclusively as a pleasure vessel, with care and attention. Smoking is not allowed inside the boat. Guests may smoke outside in a designated area. No pets, weapons or narcotics are allowed on board, and no illegal activities may take place. Any behavior that endangers the vessel or others may result in disembarkation at the next harbor without refund.

Sinaistar Liveaboard may use photos and videos taken during the trip for marketing purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in such materials should notify us in advance.
Responsibility
Ambassador Liveaboards is responsible for making all arrangements for the services and itineraries specified. At the time of embarkation, the vessel and its crew shall be in a clean, good and operational condition, fully prepared to commence the cruise.
Ambassador Liveaboards may cancel any cruise at any time due to Force Majeure events.
If any of the services cannot be provided for reasons beyond the company’s control, Ambassador Liveaboards will provide equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. In such cases, the cruise program may be operated with another boat of the same or higher standard. Passengers offered a suitable alternative are not entitled to a refund.
Should the boat sustain any breakdown, mechanical defect, or be disabled by fire, grounding or collision that disrupts the itinerary for more than 24 hours, and if no substitute boat or arrangement is offered, passengers will receive a refund proportional to the cruise days not operated. No further claims will be accepted.
Captain’s Authority
The captain is responsible for the safe navigation of the yacht and its passengers. For the safety of all on board, the captain has sole and absolute discretion to alter the itinerary at any time due to actual or anticipated adverse weather, sea conditions, or any other factor that may, in the captain’s professional judgment, pose a risk to the voyage. Such decisions are final and binding. Accordingly, no refunds or compensation will be provided if dives are canceled or dive sites are unavailable due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Price Adjustments
The prices are fixed; however, they may be subject to adjustment in exceptional circumstances arising from fluctuations in transportation costs, currency exchange rates, fuel price increases, or the imposition of new surcharges. Any surcharges will be announced at least fourteen (14) calendar days before they take effect.
Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from war or terrorist activities (threatened or actual), civil unrest, industrial action, weather conditions, fire on land, volcanic eruption, flood, drought, harbor and airport regulations and closure, unforeseen alterations to public transport schedules, rescheduling of aircraft, boats, or any type of transportation means, or any other event outside our control. Such events may lead to delays in departure or the loss of scheduled dives or safari days.
Ambassador Liveaboards’ liability does not extend beyond the boat. Any arrangements made before boarding or after disembarkation are at the passenger’s own risk.
In case of no-show without prior notice at the embarkation date and time, the booking will be considered canceled without refund.
